Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers can be purchased for our hotel. Purchased vouchers are issued online, with a minimum value of 10,000 HUF. Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Arrival

Apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
In case of early arrival, rooms can only be occupied if confirmed in advance.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure.
If you require a late check-out, this is available upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Please contact our reception staff for details.

Child Policy

Accommodation is free of charge for children under 6 years old when sharing a room with their parents. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request.

Payment Options

Payment is accepted in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and Euros (EUR). Accepted payment methods: cash, bank and credit cards including Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express (Amex) and Maestro. SZÉP Card is also accepted.
All rates include VAT. If you require an invoice issued to a company, please inform our staff before payment, as invoices cannot be modified afterwards.
A valid credit card guarantee is required at check-in, which the hotel is entitled to pre-authorize or verify to cover possible extra charges or damages.

Prices

Please note that the room rate includes only the services stated in the booking confirmation.
All prices include VAT.
If the tourist tax is not included in the room rate, it must be paid separately on site. The amount is 4% of the net accommodation cost.
We reserve the right to change prices.

Reservation Cancellation

Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before arrival, by 15:00.
Reservations without credit card guarantee will be automatically cancelled after this deadline.
Reservations with credit card guarantee are held until midnight; after that, one night’s rate will be charged as compensation.
For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation and modification policies of the respective provider apply.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests acknowledge that in case of violation of this rule, the hotel may refuse accommodation or require immediate departure without refund.

Parking

The property does not have its own parking facilities. Parking is available at public or paid parking areas at the guest’s own responsibility.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the lobby between 07:00 and 10:30.
Room service breakfast is not available.

Room Amenities

Each room is equipped with complimentary tea and coffee amenities, as well as one bottle of water per person per day, provided upon arrival.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is provided unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed.

Bar

Our bar is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.

Other Rules

The bringing in or storage of dangerous or harmful substances is strictly prohibited.
Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol are not permitted to stay in the rooms or on the premises.
Provoking, aggressive or disturbing behaviour towards others will result in refusal of service and notifying the authorities.
We strictly reject any religious, ethnic or other forms of discrimination.
According to the House Rules and local noise regulations, it is forbidden to make loud noise or play loud music after 22:00. Please also consider this when using the television.

Visitors must be registered. Non-registered visitors staying after 23:00 are subject to an additional fee.

The General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the reservation. By occupying the room, the guest accepts the House Rules.

Data Protection

In accordance with the relevant data protection laws, you acknowledge and give consent to the processing of your personal data provided on the Registration Form or otherwise communicated to our company.
Your data may be used indefinitely to inform you about hotel news and services via electronic or traditional means.
All personal data is treated confidentially and stored only for the legally required period.

Damage Compensation

By signing the Registration Form, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge their credit card for unpaid services or damages.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to room furnishings or property, charged according to the extent of the damage.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to the person responsible for the damage.

User Manuals

For your convenience, certain equipment is provided with a user manual.
Improper use or deviation from the instructions may cause accidents or damage, for which the hotel cannot assume responsibility.
Guests may be charged for damages resulting from misuse.

Fitness Room

The fitness room is available free of charge to all hotel guests and is open 24/7.
Equipment is used at your own risk; the hotel does not accept liability for injuries.
Appropriate sportswear and footwear are required; slippers, flip-flops, or barefoot use are prohibited and unsafe.
The fitness room is only for guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 may enter only with adult supervision.
Please return equipment to its place after use and disinfect it.
If you notice a malfunction, please report it to the reception at +36 1 776 67 30. Do not use malfunctioning equipment.

Conference Room

A conference room is available for use upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Safety & Security

Fire Safety:
The property is equipped with fire alarm systems. Any fire, emergency or accident must be reported immediately to the emergency number 112 and to the operator via the provided contact details.

CCTV:
The building is monitored by outdoor cameras to prevent damage and ensure safety. Footage is recorded and stored in accordance with applicable laws.

Medicines:
We do not sell medicines. Our staff will gladly direct you to the nearest pharmacy.

Lost & Found:
Items found on the premises (if not harmful) are kept securely. Shipping costs for returning lost items must be paid by the recipient. The hotel does not assume liability for damage during delivery.

Smoking:
Our hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Smoking in the rooms triggers the smoke detectors.
